Yoga/Pilates Fusion

A strong class focusing on core, merging Pilates with vinyasa flow yoga.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion

A class merging yoga and Pilates, suitable for beginners and experienced alike.

Weightlifting 13-17 year olds

Zalva weightlifting club focusing on the Olympic lifts, snatch and clean & jerk.

HIIT Combo

A lively, fast paced mix of cardio, Pilates and yoga.

Pilates

A strong class for those that are comfortable with the basic Pilates exercises.
