I’ve seen her with students of all ages and skill levels, and people respond well to her supportive teaching style. She offers very personalised advice, and can recommend stretches/exercises to support injury recovery, or to work with damaged joints. Eg I have arthritis in my hips & knees, and Helen has shown me how to adapt some yoga positions, and I have been amazed to see gradually but definite improvement in the mobility of the damaged joints.

Since then we have developed an ongoing exercise plan suited to my problems. Helen has a very good way of getting more out of someone!!! Now 72, I have benefited by becoming stronger, leaner and have much better posture.

With pain and restricted movement in my lower back, neck and shoulders, Stewart was able to pinpoint the areas to work on with his expert knowledge of anatomy. Using the appropriate pressure and his massage techniques, the muscular tension and pain eased. I have an ongoing massage and exercise plan with Stewart and Helen to maintain my level of fitness and flexibility.
