I was fortunate enough to have Helen recommended to me some 5 years ago as I approached 60, when she introduced me to yoga & Pilates, and has been an amazing and inspirational trainer. She has helped me to improve my mobility and core strength, which has eliminated my back pain.
I’ve seen her with students of all ages and skill levels, and people respond well to her supportive teaching style. She offers very personalised advice, and can recommend stretches/exercises to support injury recovery, or to work with damaged joints. Eg I have arthritis in my hips & knees, and Helen has shown me how to adapt some yoga positions, and I have been amazed to see gradually but definite improvement in the mobility of the damaged joints.
I especially love her positive attitude, cooperative spirit and her open heart.
