Booking Policy – Personal Sessions

All PT sessions, massage and EFT need to be booked 24 hours in advance, occasionally we can fit in last minute appointments if there is space available in our diary.

Booking Policy – Packages

All packages must be paid for by the 1st of the month, by bank transfer or cash at the time of the booking.

All package sessions must be booked at the beginning of each month.

Booking Policy – Classes

All classes need to be booked in advance via the email link on the timetable page on our website or via the relevant WhatsApp group.

Classes can be paid for in advance by bank transfer or cash at the time of the class.

There is the option to prepay for 10 classes at a reduced rate with no end date, you will be notified when you have used all the sessions and need to pay again.

Cancellation Policy – Personal Sessions

If you need to cancel a booked session, you must give us 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full session rate.

Cancellation Policy – Packages

If you need to re-arrange a booked session, you must give us 24 hours’ notice, and we will try to accommodate re-booking your session.

If, for any reason, we need to change your appointment time/day we will give you 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Policy – Classes

If you need to cancel a booked class, you must give us 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for that class.

Late Arrivals

If you’re late for your session, your session length will be reduced accordingly, and you will be charged at the normal session rate.
