Mondays 7 - 8pm

Circuits

A mixture of cardio & resistance exercises using body weight, bands and dumbbells.  Email to book a slot now.

Tuesday 7.30 - 8.30pm

Yoga/Pilates Fusion

A strong class focusing on core and control, merging yoga and Pilates together. Email to book a slot now.

Wednesdays 4.30 - 5.30pm

Teenagers Circuit

A strength and conditioning circuit, held outdoors for teenagers 12-17 years old. Email to book a slot now.

Thursday 4.30 - 5.30pm

Kids Circuit

A strength and conditioning circuit, held outdoors for children 8-11 years old. Email to book a slot now.

Thursdays 7 - 8pm

Hiit Combo

A lively, fast paced mix of cardio, Pilates and yoga. Email to book a slot now.

Fridays 9 - 10am

Pilates

For those that are comfortable with the basic Pilates exercises. Email to book a slot now.
