Monday 6:15 - 7:15pm

Yoga/Pilates Fusion

A strong class focusing on core, merging Pilates with vinyasa flow yoga.

The first Monday of the month is an Ashtanga based class.

Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30am

Yoga/Pilates Fusion

A class merging yoga and Pilates, with the focus on movement and mobility.

Wednesday 6.15 - 7.15pm

HIIT Combo

A lively, fast paced mix of cardio, weights and core.

Thursday 9.15 - 10.15am

Yoga/Mobility

A gentle class merging yoga, Pilates, stretching and mobility.

Thursday 10.15 - 11.15am

Step/Weights Combo

A cardio focused class using an aerobic step and hand weights.

Thursday 11.15 - 12.15pm

Stretch/Mobility

A gentle class focusing on stretching and general mobility.

Friday 9 - 10am

Pilates

A strong mat based class using hand weights, modifications offered where needed.
